Meals are nourishing, fresh, locally sourced and designed to support digestion, energy and overall wellbeing. Dietary needs are accommodated with advance notice.

Yes. Optional experiences like single surf sessions, snorkeling trips, horseback riding or National Park excursions are available. All of which are scheduled gently so they don’t disrupt your rest.
