FAQ about our approach to yoga

Yes. Flexibility isn’t the goal. Awareness and strength are. We adapt every class to you.

Not at all. Many guests are beginners. We guide clearly and without jargon.

Balanced. Morning classes may be stronger; evenings lean restorative. You’ll feel worked, but not wrung out.

A blend of Vinyasa, Hatha, Slow Flow, Yin and Restorative… all adjusted daily to the group.

You’re always invited, never forced. There’s space for connection and space for quiet.

Intentionally small. This way, teachers can actually see and support you.

In our open-air studio spaces… jungle on one side, sea on the other.
